Malthouse, Crawley

Malthouse offers a newly refurbished 4 bedroom home with a mix of en-suite bedrooms, shared facilities, communal areas and private garden.  The home is situated in a residential area of Crawley within walking distance of shops, public transport and other amenities.

Offering an alternative housing option to residential care,  Malthouse supports adults with a primary Learning Disability diagnosis, who are no longer able to stay in a family setting but are independent enough to manage their own tenancy with a high degree of support and input from our own care teams and external professionals.  Whilst we encourage individuals to partake in activities and interact with other tenants many will require assistance with personal care, daily activities and managing behaviours.

Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team work alongside managers and care staff from the assessment stage onwards to make sure that appropriate plans and outcomes are agreed. PBS input is included within all our high level support packages.
