Due to the pandemic and to protect the wellbeing of all our residents and staff, we are unable to facilitate visits to the homes unless in exceptional circumstances and only by prior appointment.
We are still accepting referrals and continue to support our local commissioning partners and the wider learning disability community. We are actively increasing capacity and are able to offer virtual tours of our homes. Please call 0808 164 3760.
Pathway Healthcare is continuing to monitor all guidance issued by the local authority, CQC and Public Health England.
Specialist residential care
At Pathway Healthcare we’re experienced in providing specialised residential care for young adults with severe learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours which can challenge.
Our services in the South East of England combine the highest quality accommodation with experienced and qualified care professionals, who fully support individuals, helping them to lead full lives and gain greater independence.
We pride ourselves on our ability to comprehensively develop and deliver person centred care journeys utilising our own bespoke PBS strategies – and we work closely with individuals, their relatives and local commissioners to help them reach personal goals and aspirations while at the same time promoting choice.
Our newest service, Bancroft House in Worthing, is due to open in June 2020.
