Bancroft House – Accepting Referrals (Opening July 2020)

Bancroft House is a family style home for those looking for independence with a community feel.  Bancroft House specialises in providing high levels of support for those with profound learning disabilities and associated behaviours which may challenge. The service is located in the sought after district of Tarring in West Worthing, popular with families and young professionals and is only a 10-minute drive to the seafront.  Nearby Worthing town centre affords residents the opportunity to visit the cinema, leisure centre, high street shops, social hangouts and restaurants.

Aside from its town centre location, perfect for getting fully engaged in the local community, this modern, purpose built home offers the following benefits:

  • Six spacious bedrooms with LED mood walls
  • Full en suite wet rooms
  • Open-plan living/dining room
  • Three quiet lounges (one with sensory equipment)
  • Large secluded garden and private parking

As with all of our homes, a focus on individuality and greater independence remain the cornerstone of our Bancroft House service. We encourage individuals to become active members of the local community, and we have experienced and professional care staff to lend their support every step of the way on each personal journey.
